Mrs. Childs
Mrs. Childs was born in Nelson, PA. in 1926. She is a graduate of Addison High School and she attended Brockport State College. She has played and competed in basketball, softball, bowling and track. Mrs. Childs worked as a Secretary for seven (7) years and as an Insurance Company Representative for 15 years. She is now retired. Mrs. Childs states her biggest accomplishment has been as a wife, mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Childs became a student of Tai Chi at Three treasures Martial Arts in 2000. She states “The Martial Arts have helped me in so many ways. I have become more agile and it has improved my balance and breathing. Through meditation my focus has improved as well as a sense of relaxation and peace. Through Three Treasures martial Arts I have enjoyed the association of many new friends.
